Individual
Psychotherapy

As a Clinical Psychologist, I obtained my doctorate in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Health Psychology and Neuropsychology. I have a well-balanced generalist and specialty experiences, having worked with a broad spectrum of clinically and culturally diverse populations across the lifespan in several clinical settings. In my private practice, I offer individual psychotherapy for adults, with a speciality in anxiety, depression, health issues, pain management, insomnia, sports psychology, life transitions, burnout, pregnancy, prenatal, and postpartum.

I believe psychological interventions should go beyond mere discourse of addressing the presenting problems or diagnoses but developing a strong therapeutic relationship and understanding the person as a whole (physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually).

I have a collaborative, client-centered approach, that empowers and enables you to take charge of "what matters to you, not what is the matter with you" to improve your overall wellness and overall quality of life. I will support you in your individual journey of growth and will tailor my approach to each individual's needs.
